ForSaleByOwner-Aruba.com is a new website based on SaleByOwnerAruba.com.

Both sites are developed by Shaqwan Media a new media & marketing company based on Aruba. Shaqwan media has developed many real estate and non-real estate related websites like, Remax Realty ITR, Aruba Real Estate Guide, Associated Realtors Aruba, Mejia Engineering, Koma Models, Jossy Motors Aruba and many many more.

This year, 2012 Shaqwan Media started this new project providing online property trading services.

How do we translate this into action? 
A) For the property owner we provide exceptional listing and marketing tools.
B) For the buyer we fascillitate the search and ownership trading paperwork.

Our short term mission is to develop a platform for property buyers and seller where they can compare listings, interact, get real estate information and much more. This platform is the first and unique of it's kind on Aruba. There a few sites with multiple listing services, but are usually outdated, incomplete or inaccurate.

We envision that local and international property owners or representatives (agents) to use our Real Estate E-Business and Marketing services as their primary ONLINE REAL ESTATE SERVICE PROVIDER.
